There is a very big biodiversity problem in the Basque Country. 26 towns had been affected because there is a worrying invasion of Pampa Grass. The Pampa Grass is also called Cortaderia and it is 1.5–3 meters tall, with white inflorescence plumes. Moreover, the Pampa is a tall-plumed grass and the problem is that it is very easy to grow. In addition, it is an invasive specie and it comes from South and Central America.
Nowadays, in the Basque Country, Barakaldo and Bilbao are two of the most affected places because people use these plants to decorate their gardens. The pampa is extending and expanding and we have to do something to stop it. What do you think we can do? Do you propose any solution?

ok, before we start thinking about solutions, could we think a bit more about the problem? You say that the Pampa grass is a big problem in Baracaldo and Bilbao (where in Bilbao???).... Find one area where it is really a problem and see why it is a problem, what effect is having in the lcal species, which species are being affected, how, .... We need all this information before we srat thinking about solutions.
